The Lever and 3D printed blocks attach to my Wahoo Kickr Run treadmill. It really does assemble easily. The built-in scale doesn’t have an LED readout, so you must download the Lever App and connect it via bluetooth to see how much weight you can take off. I’m 5’11” and 175 and the large shorts fit nicely. I am surprised what a difference taking 20 lbs off feels like when I run. It’s a nice motivator. My race weight for Ironman is 155. I think the Lever also helps me with better arm form because the rope on each side. I suffered a non-surgical hip fracture and had a tear in my glute and clavicle (?) after a training ride mishap. The Lever has been invaluable in keeping me running while I’m healing. I will probably keep the device on the treadmill even after I’m fully recovered. If you can afford it, I highly recommend this product and if you do a lot of running, you may want to consider buying a second pair of their shorts so you can rotate clean and dirty.
Works great! The Lever is easy to install, and the wedge easy to place so the treadmill “arms” are no longer at an angle. You do need to tighten the straps well, but it’s been easy and straightforward so far!
