LEVER UP+ Scale

I am age 35 female, and have grade 4 chondromalacia in both knees due to surgeries/injuries, as well as arthritis in my right hip. I'm primarily a cyclist but do a couple running events early in the year. This year I had a rough time getting any mileage up for a 10k I was prepping for due to knee inflammation. I saw the Lever System on an Instagram post by a pro triathlete friend and thought, why not? I was ultimately sold because of the rental program!
Quick shipping, and only took 10 minutes to set up, it even worked on my weird treadmill which is an older Nordic Track X series (incline trainer type). The only thing I had trouble with were the shorts sizing. I followed the size chart, but the size medium shorts were too tight at the leg opening where the Velcro cuff is stitched into the short. The seam seemed to make my leg ache due to the compression in that area. (For reference, I'm 5'5" 135 lbs with muscular quads/glutes.) However, I reached out to customer service and I was impressed with how kind and responsive they were. They expedite shipped a size large to me and even included a return shipping label so there was no delay in my training.
I experimented with the different marks on the cable that represent the # of pounds offloaded. Even offloading the minimum 8lb felt better on my body. I did do multiple 30 min runs at max 45lb offload. I felt like I could run forever! I also pushed the pace here and played with different speeds, since they do advertise that you can use this as a way to increase performance in addition to injury recovery. The only thing I was unclear on was what to do when I wanted to return the system and by what date I had to return by to avoid another monthly charge, but it was super easy again to just reach out to customer service. They took really good care of me and honestly I would rent again specifically because of the amazing customer service. I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family for return to running, beginning running, or overall workouts during high volume training blocks. Thank you team!

I had 3 knee surgeries last year, and have been struggling to build strength ever since. The LEVER system is the key that changed this! I was able to walk with this to build strength and am now able to jog with it confidently! It literally takes TWO MINUTES to set up on any treadmill, and TWO MINUTES to take down and package up. WIthout this, I don't know if I ever would have been on my way to running again. I am so grateful. Best money I ever spent!!! ALSO -- I highly recommend the PT shorts... they are easily adjustable and go over any other pair of shorts or pants for easy use in a public gym or at PT. :)

I purchased the Lever UP+ Scale while I was injured and unable to run normally. The system is extremely easy to set up and use. Thanks to Lever UP, I’ve been able to continue my training pain-free, and it will be a great asset throughout my recovery. I can only recommend it to anyone looking to stay active and support their rehab!

I am so grateful to have such an incredible tool available for home use in both injury recovery and also managing training load during times of higher mileage. The scale option and the upgraded shorts are both so amazing! I will absolutely credit Lever to keeping me healthy and being able to train smarter in the comfort of my own home!

I have been thinking about purchasing the Lever Up + scale system for several months now and am sorry I waited so long- it is fantastic. It has been a long winter here in the Northeast, with a lot of indoor running- I got the system last week and have already used half a dozen times! I have been recovering from Plantar Fasciitis forever, and have been cautious with my return to running. I have not been able to do anything near my previous paces and my leg turnover has become slower- until now- with some varying degrees of weight reduced with the system, I have been able to do some faster repeats and remind my legs what that feels like!! So grateful for my Lever Movement system!
