Her work focuses on optimizing training load, supporting recovery, and guiding athletes through injury and return to performance at the highest level.

As part of this process, Loretta integrates tools like the LEVER system with the athletes she supports to help manage impact, maintain consistency during rehab, and progress safely back toward full training.
