Dramatically changed my running

I was recently injured and have had a hard time increasing the frequency of my runs and volume due to prolonged recovery time. I purchased lever after seeing a couple of triathletes use it to recover from injuries. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to use and how effectively it reduced the stress on my legs. I have been using it for 2 weeks to add a recovery run after my long run and interval runs and my legs haven’t felt this good in years. My endurance in also coming back. Looking forward to keeping this as a part of my training routine.

I think the product does work to some degree but not enough to help me run on arthritic knees. I will be returning soon.

allowing me to get back to running and training while recovering from an achilles injury. Without it I'd still be sidelined. Being able to run with a lighter load is allowing me to keep my fitness up and put some load on without aggravating it like running in the roads would do
