After considering buying the Lever for 2 years, after my 2nd bone stress injury, decided it was time. Thanks to Kara & Des’s podcast, Nobody Asked Us, for the discount code! I love it and plan to continue to use it as I ramp up my mileage again and even when healthy as an additional tool to stay healthy with higher mileage. Easy to set up and the shorts are high quality as well.
A recent calf injury persuaded me to buy the Lever!
I had been hesitant as i wasn’t convinced by all the pro triathletes instagram posts, and I have a treadmill that is not compatible.
I bought the stand, and the lever up system. I have been so impressed by how sturdy the whole system is, and easy to set up. It also felt a more natural running form than when using the alter g.
So happy I purchased this, and post injury I will use it to supplement miles safely.
I was hesitant to spend the money on the lever, but it is worth it. It’s easy to set up and use and makes injury recovery more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
I have been using Lever for a couple of weeks. Once you figure out how to wear the shorts, then you enjoy the ride on the treadmill! This tool has helped me get back into running and have fun. Wonderful discovery!
