Designed with comfort and durability in mind, the LEVER shorts are strong enough to help remove up to 45 pounds of body weight.

The shorts have two built-in integrations:

1) a lower leg strap to keep you locked in while moving

2) a pulley system designed to allow the user to move freely on the treadmill

Pro tip: if you are in between 2 shorts sizes, choose the larger shorts.

Care instructions: Wash inside out on cold.  Please hang them dry to extend the life of your shorts.

If you are not satisfied with your short's fit, we do offer free exchanges (US only).

Returns and refunds for full-price purchases are accepted within 30 days of the shipment date. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Helped me with my rehabilitation after TKR

I thought my triathlon days were over when I had to have a knee replacement. After six months I decided to try the Lever on my treadmill and started running again. It’s been six months using the device and I’m training for a 1/2 IM. The Lever was a game changer and I would recommend. I can run faster and keep my cadence high which is great for enhancing training.
